His 5-for-6 performance at the plate unfortunately wasn't enough for the Baffin Island Beavers, as the club lost the game, 7-6. The 29-year-old center fielder told the press "it was one of those days where everything clicked." "I made solid contact, and the ball dropped in," Morton said. Tony Morton walked in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 9th, flied out in the 11th and singled in the 14th.
