Jones Rips Boston for 5 Hits

Buck Jones said "it felt like taking batting practice" today at Fenway Park, and it showed in the box score. The Irvine right fielder had a fantastic 5-for-5 day against the Boston Rebels, leading his club to victory, 14-1.
"I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," Jones said later."
Buck Jones hit a solo-shot off Jung-keun Yi in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 8th and hit a two-run home run off Lorenzo Flores in the 9th.
So far this season, Jones has recorded a .276 batting average with 143 hits, 13 home runs, 59 RBIs, 85 runs scored and a .364 OBP.
