Year Over for Steeldogs Aguilar Wednesday, September 8th, 2027 Orlando Aguilar has to call it a season. The Birmingham Steeldogs third baseman sustained a season-ending injury against the New Orleans Looters and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Aguilar was injured while throwing the ball. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and stated that he would not be able to play for 5 months. So far this year Aguilar has 3 home runs and a .266 batting average. |
