Niagara Falls beat Birmingham at Edmund Fitzgerald Field, escaping with a 4-3 win. The win in large part was due to left fielder Clyde Yarbrough, who earned player of the game honors. He was 3 for 4 with 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. With the victory, the Frenzy record now stands at 28-27.
Jung-ha Kim contributed an important at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he drew a walk. It was one at-bat that helped send Niagara Falls to the win.
"This was a good win," said Kim.
