Tropics Stumble, Lose to Boccabellas
Pocatello starter Rod Adams pitched effectively against the Maui Tropics at Rainbow Stadium. The left-hander led his team to a 8-4 win. The Boccabellas are now 32-22, while the Tropics fall to 24-29.

José Delgado delivered a big hit for the Boccabellas. The veteran second baseman belted a 2-run home run in the top of the third. The longball put Pocatello on top, 3-0. Overall, Delgado was 2-3 with a home run and was hit 2 times. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

"We came out aggressive," said Boccabellas manager Danny Lombardi. "We came out swinging the bats."
