|
Kalamazoo starter Lorenzo Sánchez had a strong outing against the Austin River Sharks at Greendale Community Field. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 6-4 win. The Royale with Cheese bumped their record to 25-23 with this latest triumph.
Also making an impact was left fielder David Richardson, who drilled a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning for the Royale with Cheese. For the game, Richardson went 2 for 4 with 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI.
"We'll just keep our nose to the grindstone," Richardson told the Kalamazoo Bulletin.
