Bandits Suffer 8-2 Loss to Frenzy
The Niagara Falls Frenzy powered past the San Francisco Bandits, 8-2, at Edmund Fitzgerald Field. Dante Owens was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2, to lead the charge. Mark Head sewed up the save, his 2nd. The slumping Bandits have lost 6 straight.

The game turned with no one out in the bottom of the fourth when Owens, who leads the NL in RBI with 38, hit a 2-run home run. It propelled the Frenzy into the lead, 3-1.

"We need to keep playing good baseball," Owens told the Niagara Falls Times.
