Loss to Looters Extends Niagara Falls Losing Streak

Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the New Orleans Looters got the win.
The New Orleans Looters beat the Niagara Falls Frenzy, 4-2, at Edmund Fitzgerald Field. The Looters got a fine performance from designated hitter Seung-chun Mun, who captured player of the game honors. He went 2-4 with 2 home runs. Marty Bradford picked up the win, improving his season record to 3-1. He struck out 1 in 7 innings. Juan Méndez earned the save, his 8th, for the Looters.
One important at-bat for New Orleans came with no one out in the top of the fourth inning. With the bases empty, Mun hit a solo home run, which contributed to the Looters win.
"We're scuffling right now," said losing manager John Leach.
New Orleans, now 16-3, is playing great baseball to start the year.
