Panthers Lose, 3-1, at Pikes' Point Stadium
The Seattle Pikes got a magnificent performance from pitcher Albert Lebel, who muffled the Vista offense en route to a tight 3-1 Pikes win at Pikes' Point Stadium. Cristián Escobar was called on to finish, recording his 44th save. The Pikes have an impressive 86-53 record.

With two out in the bottom of the sixth, Wallace Greene stroked a go-ahead 2-run single. It was his 122nd hit of the season and put Seattle in front, 3-1.

"I liked his command," said Seattle manager Kevin Hickey. "Albert was throwing strikes."
