Marshals Pick Up 7-4 Win
|
Houston designated hitter Lewis Barr was instrumental in his team's 7-4 win over the Austin River Sharks. Barr, who is tied for 5th in the CL in doubles with 36, went 3-5 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Marshals. David Lester earned the save for Houston, his 3rd of the year. The River Sharks, at 40-85, have lost 5 in a row.
Álex Rosado broke a 4-4 tie in the bottom of the sixth with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It put the Marshals in front, 5-4. For the game, Rosado drove in one run.
"Good to pick up this win," Barr said.
