Knights Lose, 3-1, at Old Comiskey Park

The Chicago Machine racked up a win at Old Comiskey Park, bumping off the New York Knights, 3-1. Aaron Thrash, who started for Chicago, pitched effectively for his team. Víctor Reyes was credited with the save for Chicago, his 21st of the season. Chicago is now 38-74, New York 42-72.
A crucial at-bat came with runners on 2nd and 3rd and one out in the bottom of the sixth inning. That's when left fielder José Alomar, who is a two-time All-Star, hit a 2-run single. The Machine went on to win.
"I had pretty much everything working," said Thrash.
