Anderson goes 3-for-4 to Power Looters Offense
|
The New Orleans Looters thumped the Springfield Stars, 8-2, at Kekambas Park. John Anderson was a big reason his team got the win. Anderson was 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and was hit by a pitch, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The Looters move to 53-33 with the win, while the Stars drop to 57-29.
Anderson contributed a productive at-bat in the top of the first. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a 2-run double. It was one at-bat among others that helped New Orleans get the win.
"We'll keep our chins up and get ready for the next game," said losing manager Micah Grindley.
