The Pocatello Boccabellas topped the Fresno Deplorables, 9-5, in Continental League action at The Kallipolis. The player of the game was Pocatello second baseman José Delgado. The second-place Boccabellas raised their record to 51-36.

Ernesto Acosta contributed to the Pocatello win. The 30-year old left fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the third. For the game, Acosta went 1-5.

"Good win for us," said Acosta. "We'll lace up our cleats and go after the next one."
