Sub League 2 Top Pitcher Selected Sunday, October 25th, 2026 He's in the early phase of his career, but this past season Josh Young performed like a veteran on the hill for the Punta Cana Hutias and walked away with the Sub League 2 Pitcher of the Year Award in the process. The 23-year-old Hutias star fashioned a 6-4 won-loss record in 2026 with a 1.75 ERA. In 77.1 innings of work and 14 starts, Young struck out 92 while giving up 52 hits and 14 walks. He held opposing batters to a .181 average. Jesús Manuel of the Palmyra Overlords finished second in voting, while Jesús Díaz of the Fort Collins Commoners finished third. |
