Hit Parade: Fernández Pops 5 Hits Thursday, September 10th, 2026 It was a big day for Sergio Fernández of the Fremont Cyclones. He led his club to a 21-3 victory over the Elkins Sting Rays today at Ballpark of Elkins. The 22-year-old first baseman smoked Sting Rays pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. Sergio Fernández hit a solo-shot off Pedro Bueno in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, singled in the 8th and struck out in the 8th. So far this season Fernández is hitting .400 with 3 home runs. |
