Silva Goes 5-for-6 Thursday, August 6th, 2026 20-year-old Gilbert first baseman Andrés Silva had a big day with the bat at Ballpark of Half Moon Bay today against the Pueblo Prairie Dogs. He went 5-for-6 and led the Fire Fighters to a 16-2 triumph over them. Andrés Silva hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, flied out in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI double in the 9th. So far this season Silva has gotten 17 hits in 71 at-bats for a .239 batting average with 3 home runs. His stats include 14 RBIs and 17 runs scored. He has played in 19 games. |
