Gardner Blisters Oceanside HS Monday, May 5th, 2025 George Gardner did more than his part as Temiskaming District Secondary School trimmed Oceanside HS today at Pelham Manor HS Grounds. The Saints shortstop pounded out 5 hits to pace his team to a 7-2 thumping of the Pirates. George Gardner doubled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Mariano García in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th. This season Gardner is swinging the bat at a .266 rate with 37 hits in 139 at-bats. To date he has hit 5 home runs, scored 28 runs and driven in 16. |
