Triplets Chill Stover's Hot Streak Friday, May 2nd, 2025 The Overland Park HS Triplets got more than a 9-6 victory over Buchanan HS today at Triplets Ballpark. They put an end to Jason Stover's 27-game hitting spree by holding him without a hit in 4 at-bats. But it was no big deal to the Buchanan HS right fielder. Stover seemed to feel more for his team than himself. "I had some great looks at some pitches that I should have hit. I missed some that I shouldn't have swung at. All in all, I wasn't much help with the bat today." This season Stover is batting .471 with 28 RBIs, 30 runs scored and 5 home runs. |
