Jones Sizzles with 36-Game Batting Streak Thursday, April 24th, 2025 In today's 18-12 win over the Jeffersonville-Youngsville Central HS Trojans at Ballpark of Sterling HS, Jim Jones of the Spanish Fork HS ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 36 games with 2 hits in 6 at-bats. Jim Jones singled in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, struck out in the 4th, flied out in the 6th, singled in the 8th and struck out in the 8th. Thus far this year Jones has hit .378 with 7 home runs and 30 RBIs. |
