Fernández Wins HSNL Top Pitcher Award Friday, May 1st, 2026 The Pitcher of the Month Award has been announced and the High School NL winner is Bishop Amat HS relief ace, Carlos Fernández. For his fine efforts in April he has been named the league's #1 pitcher. During the month, Fernández excelled with no saves in 9 save opportunities, a 1.82 ERA and 4 wins and no losses. In 29.2 innings he struck out 40 and gave up 16 hits and 9 walks. |
