Spartans Won't Get Playoff Berth Saturday, May 24th, 2025 It's an "empty" feeling for members of the Michigan State Spartans, according to the club's manager. That's because the team today was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. Michigan State last appeared in the postseason in 2022. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 13 times in their 18-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Spartans have missed the playoffs 8 times. |
