Fighting Irish Won't Get Playoff Berth Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 It's a better luck next year situation for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, as the club today became mathematically eliminated from postseason consideration. The team's manager said it's always a let down to not make the playoffs, but he's proud of his team's effort. This is the club's 4th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2022. In the last 10 seasons, the Fighting Irish have missed the playoffs 7 times. In total, the Fighting Irish have missed the playoffs 14 times in their 18-year history. |
