Andrew Tofts out 18 Months With Injury Monday, April 7th, 2025 Andrew Tofts at first refused to leave today's South Carolina-Georgetown game after he suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch. But his manager convinced him not to be foolish. "I want to be on the field," the feisty Georgetown reliever said. "I'll play through just about anything." Given time to reflect on the situation, he knew it was in his best interest to get immediate treatment. The injury is expected to keep Tofts out of action for 18 months. |
