NCAA Player of the Week Chosen Monday, May 18th, 2026 Francisco Cardenas of the Auburn Tigers has just enjoyed one of the better weeks of his career. That fact was not lost on NCAA officials, who named him Player of the Week. Cardenas logged a .552 batting average for the Auburn Tigers, racking up 12 RBIs and 3 home runs. So far this season Cardenas is batting .411 with 12 home runs, 46 RBIs and 43 runs scored. He has 69 hits in 168 at-bats, 27 walks and a .495 OBP. Cardenas has played in 41 games. |
