Rivera Garners PIO Batter of the Month Award Thursday, October 1st, 2026 José Rivera may be much younger than other hitters in the Pioneer League, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in September to win the Batter of the Month award. The 24-year-old Salem first baseman hit .301 with 8 home runs, 15 RBIs and 23 runs scored. Currently Rivera is batting .274 with 22 home runs and 65 RBIs. |
