Tipping Named Top MSL Hurler Tuesday, September 1st, 2026 There's something about a young rookie winning the Midwest League Pitcher of the Month trophy that sends shock waves through the league. Such is the case with Halewijn Tipping, a 22-year-old starter for the Cincinnati Pride. In August, he topped off the month with a 4-0 mark and 2.10 ERA in 6 starts, tossed 34.1 innings, fanned 49 and held opposing teams to a .174 average. For the year Tipping has compiled a 8-2 record with a 3.28 ERA. |
