This Week's Star Player is Burton Monday, June 1st, 2026 The Eastern League made it official today: Lee Burton is the Player of the Week. He really stood out on the diamond this week with a .500 average to take home the award. The Newark right fielder went 11-for-22, drove in 16 runs, scored 10 times and hit 2 home runs. This year Burton has hit at a .337 clip with 67 hits, 10 home runs, 44 RBIs and 44 runs scored. |
