The 26-year-old Silver Souls catcher rapped 5 hits in 5 at-bats to lead his club to a 10-2 win over Gainesville. Mario Méndez walked in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th, hit an RBI double in the 8th and hit an RBI double in the 9th. Thus far this year Méndez is batting .294 with 7 home runs, 27 RBIs and 25 runs scored. |
