Bad News for Balzac, Mapstone Injured Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 Earlier today, Balzac starting pitcher Reid Mapstone had to leave the game against Culver City because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a damaged elbow ligament and will miss 12-13 months of play. Mapstone was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. |
