#1 Player Named by Pacific Coast League

There's something special about a guy who can stride up to the plate and put the ball anywhere -- in the stands, off the wall, into the gap, down the third base line. You name the place and Lorenzo Morín probably put it there on his way to winning the Pacific Coast League Outstanding Hitter Award for 2026.

The Gresham first baseman belted out 199 hits in compiling a .298 batting average and racked up 36 doubles, 2 triples, 55 home runs, 184 RBIs and 127 runs scored.

Mario Beltrán of the Houston Hammertime finished second in voting, while José Gómez of the Spokane Trappers finished third.
