Salas Picks Up Best PCL Batter Honors for August Tuesday, September 1st, 2026 Snap, crackle and pop! In August, Iván Salas snapped up the Pacific Coast League Batter of the Month trophy by cracking 37 hits and popping 9 home runs. For the month he hit a solid .339 with 32 RBIs and 29 runs scored. The Redwood City left fielder also picked up 29 walks to compile a .471 on-base percentage. So far this season Salas has hit .326 with 23 home runs, 77 RBIs and and scored 82 times. |
