Hillbillies Lose Ruíz for 4-5 Months Sunday, September 20th, 2026 Allentown learned today that they will be without starting pitcher Jorge Ruíz for 4-5 months. Ruíz was injured throwing a pitch and sustained a torn rotator cuff. He was hurt in the game against the Amarillo Archdukes. This year Ruíz has made 29 starts, thrown 185.2 innings, fanned 184 batters and walked 61. His won-lost record is 18-5 with a 3.30 ERA. |
