Cape Cod Headed to the Postseason Tuesday, September 15th, 2026 The Cape Cod Clams celebration was a bit downplayed today, as the team officially secured a playoff spot. Reliever Claudio Rivera said his club expected to have got to the playoffs and thus, it's not as exciting as it will be when the team wins the International League North or advances to the ITL Championship. The Clams record currently sits at 104-46 and they will be vying for the 2nd International League championship in franchise history. |
