Carlos Moya showed how it's done as he went 5 for 5 against the Waba Ducks and helped the Indiana Hounds beat them 17-9. The manager for the Ducks told the BNN sportswriters, "We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it. That's the game of baseball. Don't make mistakes and you win a lot more ballgames." If Moya keeps hitting like this, he could be headed for a big pay raise. Carlos Moya singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 7th. Moya is presently hitting at a .317 pace with 7 home runs, 41 RBIs and has scored 41 times. |
