Bad News for Hounds, Torres Injured Sunday, August 16th, 2026 The Indiana Hounds will lose the services of reliever Pedro Torres after he sustained a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch in today's game against the Portland Privateers. "I'll get through it," Torres said. "The key now is to stay positive." His trainer said he is expected to be sidelined for 4 months. For the season Torres has made 51 relief appearances, recorded 22 saves, compiled a 3-9 won-lost mark and a 8.47 ERA. In pitching 45.2 innings, he has totaled 52 strikeouts and 25 walks. |
