Another Setback For Boston's Ronnie Brown Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 The Boston Rebels received some bad news when the team's medical staff announced that Ronnie Brown would miss even more time than had previously been expected. Brown, who is currently out with a strained hip muscle, was evaluated by doctors yesterday and tests showed that the injury was not healing as quickly as they expected. Instead, the 30-year-old third baseman will have to spend another 6 days in treatment. This season in 77 games, Brown has hit at a .228 clip with 69 hits, 2 home runs, 20 RBIs and 38 runs scored. |
