Vargas's Treatment Not Going Well, Suffers Setback Wednesday, November 25th, 2026 Baffin Island got some bad news today concerning starting pitcher Luis Vargas. He is recovering from radial nerve compression. Club doctors have extended his time of return to 6 weeks, saying his injury has not responded well to treatment. It is worse than they first diagnosed. His career totals show Vargas has 58 victories and 26 defeats with a 3.53 ERA. |
