Austin's Bartolo Romo Suffers Setback Wednesday, November 25th, 2026 The Austin River Sharks announced today that Bartolo Romo would be missing for longer than expected as the 33-year-old reliever recovers from a torn labrum. "Bartolo had been working out with the team recently, but felt some discomfort yesterday," the River Sharks GM explained to the press. "After re-examining the injury, the team's medical staff decided that Romo would need extra time to heal. Their estimate is 1-2 weeks more recovery time." In his career totals Romo has 2 saves with a 47-77 record and a 4.84 ERA. |
