Bad News For Aiton and Kalamazoo Monday, October 5th, 2026 The Kalamazoo Royale with Cheese announced today that Andy Aiton would be missing for longer than expected as the 28-year-old shortstop recovers from a finger sprain. "Andy had been working out with the team recently, but felt some discomfort yesterday," the Royale with Cheese GM explained to the press. "After re-examining the injury, the team's medical staff decided that Aiton would need extra time to heal. Their estimate is 5 days more recovery time." This year Aiton is batting .249 with 9 home runs and 26 RBIs. In 95 games he has scored 39 times. |
