They are all terms that have been used in the past to describe Niagara Falls's outstanding reliever Esteban Juárez. You can now add another one to the list -- member of the 300-save club. Juárez reached his historic save in the Frenzy 7-4 victory over the Boston Rebels. He permitted no runs and 1 hit while earning the milestone save. The relief star didn't have much to say after the game, telling reporters it was "just another save." Juárez has converted 300 saves in his career. Over 574 games he has compiled a 2.32 ERA, 46 wins, 38 losses and 752 strikeouts in 615.2 innings pitched. |
