Hit Streak Now at 39 for Wilson Tuesday, May 13th, 2025 Buchanan HS could care less about Ben Wilson's hitting streak. All they care about is who won the game. The Buchanan HS manager told BNN, "Not to belittle his streak, but at the end of the day, the important thing is winning the game, not stopping a hitting streak." Well, the Buchanan HS didn't stop Ben Wilson today, but they won the game 8-5 over the Mountain Pointe HS. The Mountain Pointe HS center fielder was 4-for-5 in the loss and extended his hitting streak to 39 games. Ben Wilson singled in the 1st, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th. Currently Wilson is batting .447 with 4 home runs and 30 RBIs. |
