Arteago Raps Fresno HS for 5 Hits Thursday, May 8th, 2025 Spanish Fork HS third baseman Héctor Arteago put on quite a show at Red Wings Ballpark with a big 5-hit day in the 23-12 victory over the Fresno HS Red Wings. In the postgame interview, he said with a smile, "Not a bad day at the plate, 5 for 5.. Wish I could do this more often. It would do wonders for my batting average ... and my salary, too." Héctor Arteago was hit by a pitch in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, walked in a run in the 8th and doubled in the 9th. In his season totals, Arteago has no home runs, .451 BA, .558 OBP, 19 RBIs and 15 runs scored. He has played in 25 games. |
