Jones Stretches Hit String to 20 Monday, April 7th, 2025 Spanish Fork HS first baseman Jim Jones has extended his hitting streak to 20 straight games with a 1-for-5 day. However, Billings West HS got a 11-5 victory over the Spanish Fork HS at Ballpark of Wildwood HS. Jim Jones flied out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, struck out in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th. In his stats this season, Jones has posted a batting average of .400 with 12 hits in 30 at-bats, 3 home runs and 11 RBIs. He has also scored 5 runs, walked 4 times and compiled a .457 OBP. |
