Rutgers Eliminated from Playoff Contention Saturday, May 24th, 2025 The Rutgers Scarlet Knights will have to focus on playing for pride for the remainder of the season. That's because the team has today been officially eliminated from playoff contention. Rutgers last appeared in the postseason in 2020. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 15 times in their 18-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Scarlet Knights have missed the playoffs 8 times. |
