Red-Hot Wiggins Scorches Wildcats Saturday, May 10th, 2025 Randy Wiggins really sizzled at the plate in today's 12-11 win over Wildcats. The Florida State center fielder blistered Kentucky for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Wiggins was too tough to get out today," the Wildcats skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Randy Wiggins singled in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Sean Martínez in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, walked in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th. This year Wiggins is hitting .290 with 36 hits, 9 home runs, 25 RBIs and has scored 34 runs. |
