Golden Gophers RP Nash Out Thursday, April 17th, 2025 The Minnesota Golden Gophers will have to make do without Joe Nash for 5-6 months. He suffered a bone spur in his elbow while throwing a pitch in the game today against the Arkansas Razorbacks. His teammates, understandably, were upset about losing the reliever. "That's a tough break for him," one of them said. "But this team is resilient. We will just fill in until he gets back." This season Nash has nailed down no saves with 9 strikeouts in 9.1 innings. He is credited with no wins and no losses and has a 4.82 earned run average. |
