Georgetown Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 The manager for the Georgetown Hoyas said it's a "dark day" for his club. The reason? Tim Hester's team is now officially eliminated from playoff contention. Georgetown last appeared in the postseason in 2022. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 14 times in their 17-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Hoyas have missed the playoffs 7 times. |
