Don Sutherland to Miss 4-5 Months Thursday, July 10th, 2025 Earlier today, Salem starting pitcher Don Sutherland had to leave the game against Eau Claire because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has radial nerve compression and will miss 4-5 months of play. Sutherland was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. To date Sutherland is 4-9 in 18 starts with a 3.53 ERA and has 103 strikeouts in 99.1 innings. |
