Super Month Nets Villiers #1 Batter Prize in APL Sunday, June 1st, 2025 Even though he is a newcomer to Appalachian League, Jim Villiers put up some good numbers in May and earned the APL Batter of the Month award. He was one of Beaverton's offensive leaders with a .450 average in 20 games. He also racked up 5 home runs, 30 RBIs, and 15 runs scored. For the year Villiers has hit .426 with 9 home runs, 43 RBIs and scored 24 runs. |
