MSL Announces Best Batter Award Monday, September 1st, 2025 The Midwest League Batter of the Month has been chosen for August and the trophy was presented to J.J. Leslie of the Plumstead Eagles. He stood out this month with a .395 batting average, 30 hits and 6 home runs, along with 20 RBIs and 21 runs scored. This year Leslie has hit at a .329 clip with 97 hits, 20 home runs, 62 RBIs and 58 runs scored. |
